CureSense®
CureSense® is a new measurement system for cure time control of moulded rubber goods. The system monitors the rubber curing on-line in the mould. Depending on the variations in the process and compound, the cure time will be adjusted automatically in each shot. The result will be increased machine capacity 15-20% and a more consistent product quality.
