– On-line Cure Time Control - BENEFITS Increased machine capacity up to 30% Consistent quality CureSense®  is a new measurement system for cure time control of moulded rubber goods. The system monitors the rubber curing on-line in the mould. Depending on the variations in the process and compound, the cure time will be adjusted automatically in each shot. The result will be increased machine capacity up to 30% and a more consistent product quality. Shorter production time means also energy savings on eached produced item. The high temperature ultrasound sensor in the mould, controls the press to open when the curing is ready, instead of opening after a fixed cure time containing safety margin, which is typical today.
